Pre-Orders Notice
By placing a pre-order, you help us reduce overproduction and unnecessary shipments, minimizing our environmental impact. After you place your order, we confirm availability with our supplier and notify you before payment is processed. You will only be charged if the item is available.
All items are packaged with care, and you'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Policy
Timeline: Pre-orders typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive after you place your order. In rare cases where items are out of stock or face production delays, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Coverage: We currently ship to EU and UK destinations only.
All customs duties and VAT fees are the customer's responsibility. Orders refused due to unpaid fees will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for returns or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
As a made-to-order business, we cannot offer monetary refunds.
Store Credit: If you need to return an item, we're happy to provide store credit of equal value so you can select another piece from our collection.
Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
