Pre-Orders, Shipping & Returns

Pre-Orders Notice
By placing a pre-order, you help us reduce overproduction and unnecessary shipments, minimizing our environmental impact. After you place your order, we confirm availability with our supplier and notify you before payment is processed. You will only be charged if the item is available.

All items are packaged with care, and you'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Once pre-order periods close, orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

Delivery Time: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery within the EU and UK.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Issues: While we package all items carefully, Les Sabates is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution.

Important: We currently ship to EU and UK destinations only. All customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. Orders refused due to unpaid fees will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for returns or store credit.

Returns & Exchanges
As a made-to-order business, we cannot offer monetary refunds.

Store Credit: If you need to return an item, we're happy to provide store credit of equal value so you can select another piece from our collection.

Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
